This is the A-Z of me, saw this over at Laura's blog - the Artful Splodger and thought I'd give it a go :)

C. Chore that you hate: Hoovering. We have a Henry hoover and I swear its trying to kill me!

D. Dogs: No dogs, but I have 2 cats who are currently staying at their adopted home whilst we are renting accomodation.

G. Gold or Silver: Silber

H. Height: 5’4"

I. Instruments you play: None, hubby plays the drums and I get to bang every now and again but I wouldn't call it playing :)

J. Job title: Cashier - new job last month. was previously accounts payable manager.

K. Kids:  Nope

L. Live: Bristol - love the mix of city & just down the road lovely countryside (ooh I've got a brand new combine harvister and I'll give you the key!)

M. Must haves: Reeces peanut butter cups :)

N. Nicknames: Lyns

O. Overnight hospital stays: quite a few, most recently had a kidney transplant in March.

P. Pet peeves: Rude people, liars and timewasters.

S. Save or spend: spend spend spend (especially on crafty stash)

W. What makes you run late: sleep, and waiting for hubby to get out the bathroom in the morning - he takes longer than me to get ready.

Wedding card & matching box

Morning bloggers, as you may have seen from a previous post a friend of mine recently got married & I made the favour boxes for her (80 of them!). Well, below is the card & Matching box I made:

looks a bit wonky in this pic but it wasnt - can't explain that.

I am very much into ribbons and bows at the moment. The Image is Teddy Bo, the backing paper is a free sheet I got ages ago from Jak Heath, the flowers are from Crafty Emma's store and everything else is from my stash.

I didn't intend to make a box to go with it, but the card wouldn't fit nicely in any envelope I had so had to knock something up quickly before I went :)

Sparkles Forum Challenge #20 White + 1 other colour

Good morning you lovely bloggers. Its time for a new challenge over at Sparkles Forum Challenge - this fortnight the theme is White + 1 Other.

Below is my DT work. I was asked by a friend to do her wedding favour boxes - below is what I came up with. Made 80 of the lovelies. The ribbon is an off white colour, with the box & flowers being pink. The box is filled with pink shredded tissue paper & 5 sugared almonds.
